Pooter went above and beyond for me today and I can’t appreciate it enough! If you are going through Altura, do yourself a favor and stop to visit. You won’t find better customer service!
The owners attitude was far worse than the poor service. After patiently waiting for 30 minutes, we asked twice to be served.
All before this happened, he was staying busy restocking the beer cooler, while other thirsty customers lined up around the bar wondering how much longer it would take to get their long-awaited refreshment.
Never used to like Bloody Marys till I had one from Pooters! Best I have ever had! Complety wonderful tasting and so filling! Some advice --> come HUNGRY :)
That was when all hell broke lose. If the owner could pop a horn out of his forehead, it would've happened then. He was happy to respond with random f*bombs, and rudely reminded us it was going to be "awhile".
Once again, dont waste your time here, unless verbal abuse and poor service is your thing.
